Speaker sizes

Hi - I'm looking into upgrading my speakers (1999 W210 AMG). It has speakers in the front AND rear doors with bass speaker in the rear shelf.

Does anyone know off hand if they are all the same size or different? And what sizes are they please?
Oh, and any restriction on depths?

What about the set in a dash under windshield? Whats the resistance on them with COMMAND 2.0 unit? I have blown speakers and I would like to change them.
