I live in Miadenhead andhave been told of Osborne Mercedes my freind has used them for his Golf and says they are good, I my self have yet to experience their service.

I will be knocking on their doors soon unless there are other specialts I should go to instead

I live very close to Osborne in Maidenhead but haven't had any feedback on them so unsure.

With regards to Star, is their diagnostics equipment good. The parts are they genuine Merc or After market ones like Euro Car parts.

Star are Mercedes specialists with all the necessary diagnostic equipment. The team of Grant, Mike and Chris is headed by Ian......all parts will be genuine MB unless specifically instructed otherwise by the customer but even so the customer may meet with resistance with advice against ''after market'' parts......I think it would depend upon what was being proposed.
