Speedo bulb has gone

Damn...a dull area in the speedo area...how do I get to that and replace the bulb?

Not sure on an ML but certainly on the E-Class, you pull the cluster out and just twist the bulb holders out and replace the bulbs from there, I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong
