Got a problem with the Sprinter and have got it booked in for visit to commercial Stealer...

Problem that I have is that the air vents continiously blow out warm air even if cold setting is selected and continue to do so even if the fan is not blowing at all and is set on "0". I cannot not get any cold air to come out of the air vents once the engine has reached normal operating temeperature.

Last year when the van was purchased brand new this very same problem existed from day 1. The Stealer found a loose plug/connection to thd heat matrix unit or something and all was fine afterwards. Any ideas what you guys think could be the cause at all? The van is still under warranty.

This tiem I will prefer is parts/componets are replaced...

Hi Flash,
It clearly sounds like you have a problem that needs fixing by the 'experts'. I would be very grateful for an update after the problem has been resolved, just in case it happens to our vehicle.

Good luck,
John

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I had a similar problem - and it turned out the regulating valve was broken - 20 quid and an afternoon to fix...
