2006 5 cyl turbo diesel, 416 sprinter van, does the system use an oil pressure sensor which will not allow the engine to start until some oil pressure has been built up?

also, same vehicle, the front suspension transverse leaf spring, is it a carbon fibre spring, or is it encased with carbon fibre??

the van sits lower on the drivers side ( not much gap between bump stop cushion and wishbone compared with the passenger side ) and has "strands" of the carbon fibre looking material which seem to have parted company with the rest of the spring.

how easy ( or difficult ) is this spring to replace??

I would hope that raise the vehiocle, remove wheels and other necessary components, wish bones, and then the spring slides out?? there may be a centre bolt??
