Sprinter service intervals

Mate of mine has bought an 54 plate (feb 05) Sprinter 314 LPG. Service history seems to be a bit odd on it!

1st service 29000 miles July 05
Tyres 49000 dec 05
Service+gas service+pads 55000 miles Jan 06
Tyres 76000 May 06
Tyres 98000 Sept 06
Assyst1 100000 miles Sept 06
Tyres 111000 Nov 06
Maintenance service+gas service discs pads brakefluid 126000 Feb 07
Oil service 143000 Jun 07
Tyres 148000 Aug 07

Does anyone think this is a little under-serviced or is it normal???

I wonder if the LPG is effecting the ASSYST? Half of me says if it's running well..... The vehicle is certainly knocking up the miles and that LPG must be paying for itself ten fold?

LPG keeps the oil clean and does ASSYST work on monitoring the quality of the oil?

Well he's only just bought it (with all them miles!) and he says it runs fine - just a bit concerned by the huge service intervals. He's moving from a diesel citroen van and is hoping for similar costs - I reckon he shouldn't be far off.
