Star - Xentry - "No access authorisation code!"

Any Star experts on here?

Software Version: 15.3.4.2
Data Version: 09/2014
Windows OS: XP

I have, well had a working laptop until a few weeks ago.

Now when opening Xentry i get a error: "No access authorisation code!"

I have remove lic file and used keygen to add a new key, in the start key menu i am getting error "error in the system network configuration. Please check your settings''

The key dates are OK, as well as system clock.
Have googled etc but cannot figure out what i am missing.

I've had this before but have never deleted the lic file

Ive got a back up of the original files which i placed back in the folder. Still got the same error though.

What did you do to resolve your issue?

I've bought a system from here, not delivered yet so can't speak from experience but maybe they can help?

You connected to the internet recently with the laptop?

you can try doing a system restore to a earlier date when it was working okay
