I've recently bought a C3 Star and plugged it on to my van today but I keep getting a message. I have attached a photo of the message.This is the first time I've used star so I don't know what it means and how to sort it out,

Checked your COM port settings (COM2) and is the SW prepared for a C3 multiplexer?

All the settings are correct. It does show the battery voltage so it is reading something from the van and the multiplexer is working according to the self testing prog in star utilities. I will be checking tomorrow if there is any power going to the diagnostics socket.

Right, didn't look at the actual error code until now.

Which control unit are you trying to reach? Other control units are fine?

It's the same message on every thing I try to connect to.

Which model year Vito is it? OBD port or 38 pin? Are you sure you have selected the correct model from DAS?

It's a 2004 109. OBD port. I've selected the right model and I have done it via vin number which came up with the correct van

I've just checked the OBD and it has power going to all fuses are ok. Another test is saying it's not connecting up to EZS so I will check the wires for damage and the module for corrosion next.

Check some ground wires and they seem ok.

I've checked the EZS connectors and they seem OK. Has anyone got any ideas on what to check next.
