Stop Start On a C180 CGI

I had a courtesy car today with stop/start. A C180 CGI.

Not good.

At every restart (when you touch the throttle) the car gave a little jolt forward, like you've been nudged from behind.

If that's how they all are, it's a technology I'd like to avoid .

Not like that in ours, it fires up and off you go, smooth as you like.

Had the same thing with an E class auto courtesy car, except it wasn't such a small nudge!

Switched that feature off very quickly!!
