stuttering an steam/white smoke

Just pulled up ready to reverse on drive when car felt like it was stuttering or something. I know injector 2 is leaking (admittedly for a while as it was helicoiled to get new i injector seal in) but would that be the cause of whatever the hell this new problem is? Been contemplating getting another head with injectors in if i can find one cheap enough but the cars an 03 an bodyworks far from ideal. Getting sick of it now any suggestions on what it could be and a remedy folks???

Went back to it after a bit. Expansion bottle took kettle full of water to fill an through menu on dash i let it calculate oil level to find it needs 1.5ltr. Sounding like head gasket isnt it..... :/
