Car
CLS 320 with Brabus D6 and KW SC
I got delivery yesterday,of my new coilover kit,the KW street comfort but before installing it i thought that i should check on what other parts of the suspension needs refreshing too,and order them. The car has nearly 110k miles and nothing been changed on the suspension before.

Now i already changed 8 bushes and joints but thats it.I'll surely need some proper strut mounts for the new coilover and bump stops but what else?
Newer Tie rods, guide rods, wishbone links etc.?
I need advises from anybody who knows about suspension parts that improves the feeling of a 110Kmiles car(comfort/smooth driving/responsiveness).
Any advise or suggestion would be welcome.

Come on guys.200 views and not even one suggestion?

I thought most CLS's are on air ? I wouldn't know where to start with a coil over kit.

No,mine doesn't have airmatic. I needed to change springs and shocks,so i decided to get a coilover after a lot of search. But since its 107K miles car and the feeling of driving is not the same as was before,i am thinking to change more stuff with the suspension.Arms, wishbone links, guide rods, tie rods...I don't mind the cost,i just want to fix any "loose ends"..

Do you think this kit has everything i'll need?
Suspension part - related collection on eBay!

Thank you.

I would suggest getting a full inspection of the suspension ( including rear subframe mounts) by someone who knows the suspension/ wear points inside out.
Then replace as necessary. Rather than just randomly changing over parts

Thank you WG M-B for the reply. My mechanic said that everything that needed to be changed underneath the car,is changed.(8 bushes and joints). Now its just the suspension that's left to be done.
I was still skeptical but eventually i trusted his opinion and we'll just do the coilovers and see.

The funny thing though is that today that he was driving it and i was in the passengers seat,i could feel none of all the uncomfortable feelings i have from the road everytime i drive it.The harshness of the ride that i feel when i drive it,it was all gone in the passengers seat and the ride felt smooth and comfortable.I started thinking i might be crazy ,but it really is night and day difference from how it feels in the driving seat.
Now i'm having thoughts of ,what if there's something wrong/broken with the driving seat and its connection to the car...?
Anyway i'll put the new coilovers next week so,i hope everything's sortens out.

(I have the car for 5 years and everything was sweet as honey untill a year ago that the suspension started having issues and from that point on,the smoothness and the sweet feeling of the ride, was gradually gone)
