Just wanted to highlight how good the service is at Wayne Gates. Terry knows all about going the extra miles for customers.
I had an issue with my window regulator on CLS and passenger window wouldnt go all the way up. I called Terry and he totally understood that the issue was urgent and needed attention so promised he will fit me in if i got the car to him at decent hour. I dropped the car off at 11 and prior to going I did ask if he has a courtesy car and he said he would see what he can do but as it stands everything was out.
When i dropped the car he said he has manged to find me a run around (W210 estate) which saved me soo much time traveling backward and forward. what a nice car it was as well to drive.
Around 4pm i got the call that car is done and I can collect it this evening..I am truely amazed and totally understand why people sing Terry so many praises, from being fully booked to fitting me in and the also sourcing the car for me to have for the day.
