2012 Mercedes E250 CDI Estate Avantgarde. 2.2 diesel
I'm from a village in Surrey on the outskirts of London. Have owned my 2012 E250 CDI Avant Garde Estate for just over 1 year.
Absolutely love the car, a great low mileage one too with full leather, heated seats etc.

I do have a problem with the stereo (Audio 20 model) at the moment (was working last week), there is no volume at all. The header unit works as well as Bluetooth to my phone, but absolutely no sound.
I don't think it's fuse issue. I've checked those in the boot RHS fuse compartment. Seem to be missing these fuses with ref to the stereo but this must be model specific. The fuse in the box under the bonnet is present. and does power the unit. Sounds like an amp issue to me?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum:thumb:
It does sound like an amp issue.
Just to check, you haven't accidentally muted the volume have you?

The guys to assist are very close to you in Lightwater just a couple of minutes off the M3 turnoff.
Mark and Richard know all about the Mercedes Comand and Audio 20 units and can diagnose your problem.
