Did not have my booked car in. Sad, but I ended up with this.....

A140's are good cars, although a bit underpowered. :thumb: :D

I like this car. Elegance model, well equipped with Comand and Bluetooth, streams well and very nippy.

Not keen on stop start though....

Because it contradicts every instinct developed - engine must not stop without me turning it off.

It's also very quick to switch off - even at junctions, when I might want to be pulling away quickly. There is a very short delay while it restarts and gets up to power.

I haven't had an issue with the stop start, tbh I've forgot at times and never noticed.

If you are on a fast/busy junction just turn it off.

Bit less today, 39, but with London driving and spirited speed back.

Scotland tomorrow....

Now in a position to call a few.

Steering wheel nice to hold, but silver plastic looks cheap. No rattles.

Comand is much better, but tomtom still beats it. Needs better traffic integration somehow.

Seats ok, but not great, more comfort in our e60' and way more in my old Volvo.

Still enjoying the drive :)

The car has the speed limit reader option. It's surprisingly good and useful.
