The new 212 E-Class...

Cuprite is my favourite colour...it beats the other 9 shades of monochrome by a mile.

I gae up with B&W telly's back in the 70's, I like a bit of colour in my cars.

I agree with the comments about MBworld though, I want a few selected options and have no way of actually trying them other than looking at a picture in a brochure.

the brown leather.....

I quite liked this interior colour as well..... until I was lucky to finally see it in Stuttgart  Since then I have changed my mind and much prefer the warmer of the two beige interior colours (black makes the cabin so drab IMO).

Shows how important it is to see the colours and options in "the flesh" so to speak.

I have gone with black and black. It was always going to be black for me, but toyed with the idea of chestnut interior as I always fancied a tan colour leather. However when I saw the sample in the dealer (they didn't have a car in it) I wasn't as keen.

Cuprite does look better in real life than in pictures but it is still a terrible colour for the car IMO. And one I can only imagine will cause possible resale issues.

Silver is too common for me. Most MBs look good in it, which is why they use it so much I suspect, but there are just too many around.

There are not a whole lot of colour options on the 212 though, which I was surprised by. I would have been tempted by a deep cherry red, though it's hard to envisage what it would look like, as it could look terrible :)
