This cant be for Real!!

Have you seen the state of the interior.

Looks like a garage trying to offload a trade in.

And by the way, the car is too bad for the dealer to get it through an MOT. They say it's a Resto job..

someone could knock him down on price and have a nice restore/project then

It certainly does look cheap on the surface but I'd agree with Dieselman. The seller is a dealer and if he can't even get the car through an MOT, which is a pretty basic test of roadworthyness, it must be bad.

It would be interesting if someone bought and restored it but it wouldn't be me.

Such a shame, it could be stunning if looked after

I wonder how an interior gets in such a state with a hardtop? For a passenger seat to be THAT worn???

Its not what you can see, but what you cant see, that would worry me.

I have had a couple of those fixing them for the local garage, when they are bad they are horrible, tin worms munching away, rattle smelly draughty

Id guess a rotten floor and sills. Better off paying sensible money for a late 107.

The bulkheads rot from the inside, once that has gone the car is scrap.

I don't think anyone's saying anything different.

From your reply, I guess you're from Dormans. Who do you imagine has "put garage as bad trader"?

As far as I can see noone has even mentioned the garage, the comments have been confined to the risks associated with possible ownership of a car of the type on sale.

As to it being an MOT pass, for the sum of £450, there is nothing in the advert to suggest that this is the case - it specifically says "This Vehilce is a MOT Failure, Restoration Project".

Am I missing something?
