If you can adjust the speeds (through 600-1800rpm range) and fit a backing plate which would be suitable for fitting velco foam pads to then you could give it a go.
Rotary polishers aren't the easiest to start off with, I started with a DA polisher (porter cable) and went on a 1 day training course prior to buying a Makita 9227CB rotary which was absolutely superb for correcting the paint on my dads ML.
I'd suggest getting a panel from a scrap yard and practice with it before going lose on your C63!!
Although, to be honest, just buying this kit would work out easier.
