Thought it was a funny programme but certainly entertainment rather than a factual programme and this underlined it with that chase rubbish (good slides by the stunt guys in the Chevrolet cop cars though).

Hammond accused Clarkson of wasting 9 minutes talking about cars people can't buy. Given that each week seems to have some sort of revised Ferrari/Porsche/Lambo/Super Saloon on I think they could say that about themselves every week.

I'd like to see them actually do a review of some more manistream cars. They said they loved the Fiat 500 - why? lets have a review. Last week the criticised the Focus one of the biggest selling cars in the country - what's wrong with it?

And on the Mexican thing, what tosh. One line gets pulled out of a show that essentially was geared up to laugh at Australians. Well done Australia I say!

Or they could have gone there during the summer. All in all though they could have made it much worse. The police chase road is beautiful in the summer and but I guess Jeremy was nice for a change

And on the Mexican thing, what tosh.

Although the press reports focused on the "lazy, feckless, flatulent" comment, it was Clarkson's direct insult of the Mexican ambassador that sparked the complaint. It was also the only part that was cut from last week's repeats (and the iPlayer version).

A friend of mine goes to Albania often to play the piano at concerts. He likes it a lot, especially the tripe for breakfast. Sounds ideal.

It all started with W123 (my dad had one too) and then we "upgraded" to W124 and W202. It was true though what they said 80% being Mercs. When I went there this summer and went to a pool resort there were two SL65 AMGs and 1 Brabus tuned S Class and 1 Lorinser (all german registered). I felt outclassed driving my mums polo lol.

Right I am bracing myself for lunchtime at work and being ripped in the staff room and my driving the w202 at work

Trouble with M3's is that most seem to be driven by t**ts.
And for that reason alone I would always prefer a de-badged C63.

It is mindless cr*p with a couple of middle aged pl*nkers (OK Last of the Summer Wine with cars perhaps) - but its usually funny enough and takes my mind of the rest of the world - work the next morning and all the depressing stuff we hear on the news - economic doom and gloom - at least for an hour or so!

You could always watch something else or a nice book........................
