Touchless car wash in SE London ?

There used to be a few similar machines around London - they were called Aquajet. They used a special strong detergent and hot high-pressure water, to be honest they were not very good on anything other than a dusty car.
Most were in old Mobil / BP forecourts - last one I can remember was in the BP garage on the A12 at Newbury Park, Ilford - long gone now though.

Easiest thing I can advise to replicate that from home could be buying a pressure washer to snow foam and rinse , have a water filter/ cartridge connected to your water source to reduce water spots and shift dirt to the best you can in that sense if it is light dust your are removing. you will need a air dryer to blow the water out of all crevices but you will need to make contact to your paintwork to maintain waxes and coatings with spray sealants etc..
