Tow bar for C Class coupe

Hi all,
I'm thinking about putting a detachable towbar on my C Class coupe (62 plate). It will be used for a cycle carrier and, very occasionally, a small trailer for rubbish.
1. Any thoughts?
2. Any suggestions about what type/model etc?

I don't think the AMG line models have type approval for towing due to insufficient travel in the rear suspension.

Thanks Trickythemerc, just had that confirmed by the Mercedes dealers in Norwich too. I guess I'll have to put a roof rack on for the bikes instead.
