hi guys n girls on my TE i have the female towbar with electrics but i was wondering if there were male to male adaptors ive had a quick look on fleebay but couldnt find 1!!!

so do they exist?
and can any1 send me a link if they do???

Have you got a picture of that? It sounds like you have the trailer hitch bolted to the car!

on my estate i have a hole in the back bumper underneath [the female conector] ware as if i had a normal towbar i would have a male conector

Sounds like the part you need is the detachable swan neck/towball,they come up on ebay occasionally so have a look there

sounds to me like you have an incomplete towbar. maybe a detachable one that is missing the swan neck as above.

we need pics as i'm confused otherwise.

We could do with all the numbers stamped into the ID / type approval plate on the bar.
This would help us identify if its O/E or Aftermarket.
