Direct from tracker, the hardware inc installation excl VAT is £799 with monthly subscription of £13.95.

We have Tracker Horizon fitted in ours and it works too! When the car was being transported via transporter to the Mercedes garage when we went to collect it, the police stopped it on the way. What happened was Tracker realised that the car was moving without its own power, so they called the police and stopped them on the motorway:D

The most expensive Tracker systems are listed below. This is a more complex and more expensive system than Horizon. There are also two rates. Business and private. The quote by G Unit is slightly different from that given by Tracker?

If you intend keeping your vehicle for three or more years you might want to consider a one off payment instead of the yearly rental? That is included in the quote below.

For much cheaper versions of Tracker I recommend you try their web site at:

http://www.tracker.co.uk/home/SVR/BuyQuote

Horizon:
Private Customer Quote
Vehicle Type: Car

TRACKER Horizon £499.00
Duration of Ownership £325.00
Installation £175.00

Grand Total (inc VAT): £999.00

Pricing
TRACKER Echo retails at £599 including VAT while installation costs £175. Annual subscription costs £159 or a one-off payment for a three-year subscription costs £450. For those who wish to upgrade their subscription for European coverage, the charge is £49.99 per year.

Good luck,
John

Whats the difference between Horizon and Echo?

Rather than me 'put my foot in it' and give the incorrect information:

http://www.tracker.co.uk/home/SVR/Works

That will explain all the different types of Tracker and the pro's and con's of each variant.

I was going to say 'Echo' keeps repeating itself, but the humour might be lost in the text. ;)

Take care,
John

The thing with Tracker is do you need it? Is it stipulated by your insurance company.
I have tracker fitted, it has never given me a reduction on my insurance. Plus if your vehicle was stolen would you want it back?
I got my tracker cheap from a friend and at the time felt that I would have wanted my car back.
