hi all, could someone please tell me where the gearbox control module is on a 1997 e230 w210 5speed auto, i.e THE ONE THAT CAN GET FLOODED WITH TRANSMISSION FLUID FROM LEAKING UP THE WIRING LOOM. cheers all..

I think it may be under the carpet in the passenger footwell, or else in behind the side kick panel ?
