Hi There Can Anyone Tell Me What Wiring I Need For Tv Tuner In My W211 ?? Is It Just A Cable From The Printer Style Connection On The Back Of The Comand Unit To The Tuner I Need??

Do You Have Any Of The Part Numbers ??

you'll also need antenaes and dealer programming.

Sanj,

I agree here with SilverSalon. You will need to install a TV antennae of some sort also.

Why dont you email [email protected] and ask him for a price for the parts you need. He is very competitive on price and really does know what is what when it comes to COMAND /TV etc.

The antennas are in the rear glass.
 
the parallel port plug you may be looking at behind the comand unit is the rear screen. The round FAKRA connector is where you wire the TV tuner to. It's a single coax cable from the tuner to the comand unit. Get a complete kit with antennas, wire harness, and tuner from Steve.

He doesnt want to ruin the fun by asking someone who can actually supply the parts. Apparently it is far more enjoyable to keep asking a dealer in the UK who is unwilling to help.
