I have a built-in phone kit with an old Nokia model in it.

I have another Nokia I carry around.

I have found that i can pair the two phones by bluetooth.

My question is....

How do I set them up so that when I am in the car, and my "carry around" phone rings, it goes through the car set and I am hands-free?

(Can it be done?!)

Cheers

Is this an MB phone pre-wired kit?

To do that you'd need one phone to pair as the headset of the other, which I've never come across. Normally phones pair as peer devices to enable the exchange of information such as contact information.

no

Just think of the security implications......hijacking someone's phone via BT and using their account or worse....;)

Could you set your carry round phone to forward calls to the car kit? I have a similar issue in the works van where I can pair either the work mobile or my personal one via Bluetooth. If I'm exptecting a call I just divert my calls to the work phone.
