Hi everyone,
My first post!
Got a '02 C220CDI auto estate just two months ago, I have always loved Merc's and this is my first diesel.
The car runs great, seems to have all power intact but it's fuel consumption is unstable. I'm using the car for commuting, 40 miles in each direction to work mainly motorway, letting the cruisecontrol doing it for me.
Same distance, same route, same speedlimits and speed everyday, but some days I can get 50+mpg and others just 40mpg. Does anyone one this forum have any answer or a solution to this little problem, then I would be glad if that can be shared with me.
