I just moved to a new neighbourhood few weeks ago. Parked my car in front of my garage without any problem until last friday night some nasty people had vandalised it, they had broke both of the side mirror glasses, driver side wiper arm and sliced both side walls of the front tyres. New set of mirror glasses, new wiper arm and new set of tyres. I am not sure if I have done anything wrongs to the people here:confused:. At the same day, the ESP/Bas visit workshop messages appeared on the instrument cluster. Had send the car to the Indie and found out the brake travel sensor and pressure sensor were faults. Got the brake system overhaul and problems sorted. All this had cost me more than 800 quids.

Sorry to hear that.

You get shyte heads everywhere so you are probably just a target of the usual jealousy that affects some very strange people.

Where I live now I know one anecdotal story of someone's car being 'run over' i.e. they jumped on it and ran over the top of it causing some damage.

That was before I lived here and I've heard nothing like that since.

Maybe have a clearout of your garage and stick it in there if you are able!

That is fairly determined damage, not the usual casual vandalism.

Are you sure you haven't either upset anyone, or have been mistaken for someone else?

Did the previous occupier move out in a hurry?

Tried to clear out my garage but the car won't fit. Spoken to my neighbours about the incident and they'd told me it has been more than 4 years since the last vandal incident happened on this area. One neighbour at the other side of the street has offered me to park my car at his front house during night as my garage is at the back of my house and quiet isolated. So, the car has been parking there without any problem for a while.

It only takes some drunken assholes and you have your damage to a greater or lesser extent.

If there is a vendetta - I imagine you will be a constant target but I think you would know if you'd done something to upset anyone.

Get some security light as well, normally enough to see numpty's off.

Thanks guys, maybe new security lights and CCTV are good ideas.
