Upgrading wheels on R231 SL63 AMG

Hi,

After many years I am finally in a position to buy an R231 SL63. I've found one that I want with the exception of the wheels being the basic 19" option rather than the 19/20" black AMG 10 spoke wheels that most SL63s seem to have. If I was to source the 19/20" wheels, does anyone know if anything needs to be recalibrated such as speedo etc. on the car to install the 20s on the rear axle?

No recalibration is necessary as the alloys you are looking for are made for the car in the first place.

Hope you can find some cheaper than the price of new ones. Sit down before looking at the price

cool, thanks for the reply. Yes, the cost of new wheels are insane, I've been looking at reconditioned ones....it will probably be a case of buying them one at a time as they come up and then maybe having to get them re-poweder coated if the shades don't quite match.
