No AC, electric seats, or 5speed box - Its listed for more than I paid for my recently acquired 24V with all these and less miles..
Black interior looks nice though.. and the wheels look in better nick.

Of the items you have listed, AC is probably the only serious omission, and seeing as it is a 300CE you can't really compare it to a 24v that got lots of extras as standard. Heated seats go nicely with leather in the winter. Electric memory seats if you are changing drivers all the time, but I didn't think memory was an option on these cars, so that means the electic seats are not that useful.
Also the 5 speed was an option only on the 24v, and the desirability of this option is not entirely universal. The other big extra that is missing is the Sportline option, but on a non-24v version this might be not so important.
The headlamp wipers could do with squaring up a bit if I get picky. I wonder if it has an external temp gauge? These cost over £200 as an extra when new, and are very useful in the winter, not that mine gets any use as it is garaged all winter, but as a daily drive it would be a good safety aid but not vital.
I see it has airbags, and these were very expensive extras. They do have a shelf life though and you never know when they might become essential!
£5K is perhaps a little high, but you are getting the variable of how much for a trade in thrown into the equation. Some dealers like to charge high and pay high, others don't. And of course there is a warranty to take into consideration.
Its nice to see a CE that is being sold in decent looking condition at a price that reflects the actual real true value of these cars rather than some dodgy ebay scrap price. The prices must be holding for clean examples.
Ironside might perhaps be asking £8k, but I bet he wouldn't be prepared to buy at £5k.
