Very slow power from cold

Hi my 10 yr old only 56k miles C180 has just developed this problem. At start up when cold there is no power in the engine however hard you press gas pedal. It runs but only just and thenw hen it warms up after about 5 mins its Ok.
Any ideas gretafully received...Regards.........
