VIN Decode and service history

Hi Folks,

I'm about to buy a new to me SLK350 and wanted to know if there was anyone on the forum who can decode the VIN and tell me the service history off the VIN number?

I have run it through the Russian site, but the details are a bit vague, ie option 527 which is Comand is listed as Reims adapter and paint kit, whatever that is.

If anyone can help, the number is

I telephoned Mercedes at Macclesfield and they told me over the phone and then posted me out a printout of my car with all the options on it even down to the colour of the mats.

Now looks like the deal is on the verge of collapse. Things did not check out as well as I'd hoped and my feet are getting chilly!
