Viseeo mb-2

I have a video mb-2 which when using the phone both incoming and outgoing calls terminate after 4 minutes and 45 seconds, I'm sure it's a straight forward fix but without any instructions I'm struggling to rectify. Anybody know what I can do or where I can get a manual from?

Try googling "viseeo mb2 user manual" and see what comes up....
 
Thanks Ted I managed to find a manual but it does not go not that level of detail
 
Firstly I'd connect another phone to make sure it's the unit and not your mobile, then I'd disconnect/reset the Viseoo failing that I'd contact them
 
Thanks Harry, away for a couple of days, but will try when I get back, good idea
