Mercedes C Class Coupe Evo
Hi

I have exhausted the internet looking into this challenge I am having with my MB-2

I have a 2007 (57 reg) C Class Coupe and I have just purchased (off ebay) a second hand Viseoo MB-2. I have flashed the firmware to the latest version but not done the same with the bluetooth software.

The unit will pair perfectly with my Blackberry and the phonebook has transfered fine to my command unit. So far so good....

When I make a call I can hear perfectly the person on the other end of the phone, but they cannot hear me.

If anyone has any ideas on this I would be really greatful.

I have emailed Viseeo tech support (only just done this today so no reply yet) and posted a question on their facebook page as well.

Thanks in advance for any help, and I appologise if this question has been asked many times before and I have just been useless with the search functionality.

Back to google again now :(

Turn the volume control on the right of the device fully clockwise and see if that helps, then try fully anticlockwise

It could be the microphone in your car also (as that feeds into the MB2)

Are you anywhere near Lightwater in Surrey ?

Hi Richard

Thanks for the reply.

I have tried the volume wheel, and I am begining to suspect the car mic myself - not sure what can be done if it is that though.

I am near Dartford, or Reading when working so not near Lightwater in Surrey although I have an office in Farnborough just visit that once in a blue moon though.

Actually, Lightwater is on a very good route from Dartford to Reading.

Go south on M3 one junction (to J3) from M25. Then you are in Lightwater. Then you take the A329 from there via Bracknell to Reading. Thus avoiding the M4 completely.

Hi Richard,

You ever tried that route during Rush hour? Believe me it is not nice :) Ihave to be on my client site for 9am and do not leave to around 5.30/6.00 which only leaves some unsociable hours that I would not ask anyone to try and fit in around.

Is there any way that you know to test the mic is working seperate to having the Viseoo fitted and working?

I have returned the unit to the seller for a replacement so hopefully the replacement will work, if not I suppose that points to the car.
