vito 111 dualiner

hello everyone, iam a mbc virgin so please go gently.
has any one got any info about vito 111 dualiner, 2010 plate.
it says in manual i can change km to temp but it actually changes the clock to temp and kmh stays there, now that is annoying!!!!
also, it hasnt got heated or electric door mirrors, can they be retro fitted with genuine merc parts? contacted local merc dealer garage and they grunted something that i couldnt quite understand as i dont speak caveman.
any ideas?????

Because it's in the UK you can't get the temp to stay on. MB think we need KM all the time.

Some specialists (such as Alfie) know how to delete the UK mode so that you can swap it around.*

*I assume that it works the same with the Vito...
