The ML270 (w163) is struggling to start again. A mobile mechanic had changed 2 O rings last time and the car started up. Having problems again so going to attempt to change all the other O rings. After some research I have found a website to order these from however do not know what size(s) I need. Can someone help?

I read on another thread that the seller was very helpful in converting the size

Your nearest Bearing distributor should be able to help you . Check for Bearing Stockists or Oil seals. o-rings are available in imperial & metric sizes , measured by the outside diameter (o.d. ) and section or thickness.Ensure that you specify viton rather than NBR.
if you are unable to measure them , you may be better off speaking to a motor factor.Imperial sizes are BS , metric are Din , both of which are just relevant standards of conformity.

Wouldn't it be easier to order them from the dealer on the chassis number. That way you ought to get exactly the right part. There is no guarantee Mercedes used standard size O rings.

Odd, I'm pretty sure I've bought them loose before. Though that might have been from a commercial vehicle MB dealer rather than car. I'd try again, the dealers don't change the whole pipe everytime they unclip it. It's a service item.

Cool, I'll try a different dealer .
