I worked for a company in the late 70's that Armoured the W126 6.9, a great car. Yes the continental 6.9's where mostly in leather and the U.K 6.9's where usually in velour.

Absolutely gorgeous. I love these anyway but this one looks pretty special.
I had a W116 280SE years ago and loved every minute of it, lovely cars.

Yes i had W126 450SEL. It is the car i started my Chauffeuring Co. When you added the L (LWB) to the car, it had all the options all except leather seats.

27K?! I am still waiting to add one of these to my collection. Before you say it Dash I know I have no space, but the 116 is a MUST HAVE for me! Where can one find a car like this (maybe minus the monster engine) for more 'decent' asking prices?!

Someone local to me has a W116 L-reg - so one of the very first ones , in very original orange colour, it is always under a cover though
