W124 Cruise Control...? Any Ideas?

Hi all.!
This is the second time im posting this topic as nobody replied to the first one??

Anyway here i go

I have a W124 Pre facelift 230E 1990 auto.
It has no cruise control, and what i want to ask is:

Can cruise control be fitted to my car if i find the right parts and what parts will i need ?
Can it be done?

I installed the Audiovox CC100 unit and I'm very pleased with it.

Very simple install and it can be fitted to work with the stock lever/stalk!

my coupe has cruise but the chances of using it for any length of time on the uk's crowded roads are few and far between.
is it worth the effort to retro-fit, personally i don't think so but good luck if you do. let us know how it goes

I used to fit VDO kits years ago. Theywere a bit dearer but they where the original factory suppliers. The breakers yard is also an option. There must be loads in there now.
