W124 E220 Exhaust manifold

The exhaust manifold on John's E220 is ticking, I've replaced the gasket once already and I've come to the conclusion it is warped. I want to get one skimmed flat. Anyone have a good uncracked exhaust manifold?

i should be able to sort one out, as i have a e220 coupe, and someone is wanting the gearbox, i will be taking out the engine and box together, so i will be able to take off the exhaust manifold, it will be the week after next when i am doing the job, if the time is ok please email me at [email protected], or have you got sorted, thank's dave
