Non Memory electric leather front seats , drivers side works well . Passenger side is down & backwards to the max .
Have looked at the Haynes - no help, and at the Bible - not much more. checked the E&F fuses , both OK .
Also checked the pass'r side door switch is working & can hear the relay clicking when shorted out - OK .
Cant see much underneath the squab , could undo the front , but not the back bolts !

One kind soul on here provided another with a wiring diagram - got that - but where does the main live feed come from - ie locations ? is it under the carpet , or through the door harness wiring the switches ?
If I can add a live to an early incoming point , I'll have an idea what might be wrong
or
Am I missing some other fuses , or a relay that are hidden away- if so where ?

Same side mirror will electrically move up & down, but not side to side - might this be a linked prob ?

Thanx folks

There is a terminal block at the front of the seat between the front mounting bolts with a few connectors depending what options your seats have. The feed to this comes up from underneath the carpet.

The live feeds to the seat wiring loom - on a W126 at least - is on a terminal block under the ashtray at the bottom of the centre console , LHS . I expect W124 will be not much different . I've had 124's with electric seats too but never needed to work on them .

The loom runs from there up into the door , then down to the seats .

There are plug in connectors under the front edge of the seats , then wiring to the individual motors .
