W124 Wiper blowing fuses

The monowiper on my E220 keeps blowing the fuse.
I got a replacement motor and mechanism from Dronsfeilds, this worked fine untill wiper blade fitted then blows fuses again.
Any ideas ?????? anyone
Switch seems to be working as pause 1 speed and 2 speed worked on dry run.
is there a relay that could be at fault?

The fuse is the correct amperage 16A.
anyone know where I can buy them in baulk
