I am after an electric aerial and the chrome dome part which sits on the wing.

I bought a Hirschmann aerial from euro car parts last year as mine died. Fit perfectly fine. As for the chrome bit, best to go to a breaker for that, mercman maybe or Rob Parker and three pointed parts
