After an long and arduous process, I'm pleased to say that we finally have replacement AMG grind performance camshafts available. These were based on the 5.0 M117 AMG camshafts as found on the early single overhead cam mechanical conversions. The cams are ground from original Mercedes Benz 117 camshafts, treated and polished.
I commissioned only one pair any additional sets will cost $650 + shipping and require 2-4 weeks turnaround.
You must convert to a fully adjustable mechanical lifter system, with modified valve train and port and polishing is highly recommended.
