Experiencing excessive vibration during breaking, mechanic says it is being caused by camber arm ball joints? have looked online and cannot find this part??? HELP

it could be any of the suspension parts or it could be warped discs...

Has your mechanic had a proper look?

He has had a proper look or so he says replaced the break pads and front shocks recently aswell as the camber arm ball joints but the vibration still persists.

Does the steering wheel shudder a well as a pulsing feedback through the brake pedal? If your fitter has already inspected and replaced any faulty suspension, it would indicate "warped"disks (they don't actually warp but wear unevenly) should be replaced with new pads.
