W140 Brake Calipers

Mercedes quoted me an expensive price for new brake calipers to fit my 1997 W140 S500. I also own a Mercedes Sprinter campervan and a Mercedes Hymer S830 (Vario 616 Base) motorhome. I have had the brake calipers for these vehicles refurbished successfully a few times and contacted the same firm to see if they could refurbish the brake calipers for my W140. They refurbished both rear calipers, made a great job, and charged approx £200 plus shipping back in July 2021. I have no connection to Transaxle, other than as a satisfied customer. They are a firm definitely worth contacting.
