W163 lower grill removal.

Any ideas how to remove the lower grill. Does the bumper have to come off??

If we are talking about the lower piece directly above the numberplate, it should pull out with a bit of prising using a flat end tool. (preferably non-metal)

Ok. When you take the fog lamps out, you may be able to see the clips on the ends of the lower grill. i.e. providing some additonal room for access.
