W167 gle pedal issue

Hi guys
Brake pedal squeak and pedal issue. master cylinder and servo diagnosed as defective. Servo in stock but master cylinder not.
Its been over 2 months i keep being told various dates for a parts update but still no eta given. Is there anything i can do?
Has anyone been through similar issues?
Any help would be appreciated
