Can anyone help me in locating where the heater blower fan is in my 2007 a150 w169.
The heater unfortunately has given up the ghost.
My car was letting in water through the pollen filter compartment in the engine bay which trickled into the heating system and flooded my car mats and battery compartment in the drivers side floor.
I have replaced the resistor as it was terribly rusty and this did fix the problem for a very short while (But weirdly if I took a sharp right handed corner the fan would stop working and when straightening up it would work fine??) maybe excess water still held in the heating system causing a short circuit??
Anyhow the fan now won't work at all and I'm hazarding a guess that if the fan is in the heating chamber behind the dash then its maybe water damaged from the flood that was caused in the pollen filter location.
Does anyone have any diagram or knowledge of where the fan is please? Or has anyone else experienced similar issues?
