The only thing AMG I can see are the alloys and the sideskirts. However all in all looks pretty tidy, if a bit modded.

Its a hybrid W202.

-Early W202, with no passenger airbag,
-A leather interior upgrade which doesnt match the dash
-Elegance facelift front & rear bumpers,
-C36 Side skirts facelift Rear clusters,
-AMG arch lips
-Facelift side repeators
-Aftermarket Lip-spoiler
-Cheap eBay Fin ariel.
-What appears to be a C43 rear box

And no Avantgarde grill!

I think the owner has done a decent job overall & it looks nice from the pictures.

I spotted this one earlier too, the owner has done a fair good job on facelifting the car externally, it does look rather nice if I must say so myself. Only needs a avantgarde grill and a matching Sport trim black leather rather than a Elegance trim cream leather which does look rather out of place. Overall a nice looking moter that just needs a few updates. It even comes complete with furry dice !

He or she has gotten rid of the aerial hole in the rear wing too, however that fin aerial could be replaced with an OEM one

Yea well spotted, the owner has made a good attempt to facelift it externally. A fin aerial like Koolvins would add a nice touch
