If by shroud you mean the plastic round cover around it (which is connected to the radiator) its roughly 15GBP from the dealer. If instead you mean the whole viscous fan, thats 170GBP from the dealer.
I'm passing by the dealer tomorrow as I just got seriously ticked off at an eBay seller (meet me at 5pm, then 5:30, then I can't get there, I'll be there tomorrow - He can keep the plastic, he was only 5 pounds cheaper than the dealer I found out!
