does anybody know where i can get an aftermarket grill with the mercedes emblem in the middle. i have seen them somewhere but can't remember where. any help would be appreciated

You could probably find one on ebay somewhere!

But, they are/were a terrible creation and would be best avoided IMHO

You could try an Avantgarde grille as a popular alternative

As above, you'll probably find one on ebay or similar if that's what you really really want - but tbh most MB folks prefer the 'Avantgarde' type - if you've not seen one already have a quick look here at High-Lo's W202:
